Ordered the magazine after e-mail prompt from ISubscribe with their mothers day promotion, was offered extra 5% by a "flashed up banner" that would be deducted @ checkout on their online page - when I checked out it did not deduct the extra 5% offered. I e-mailed them to request a refund to my card of the difference - they flatly refused, when mailed again they said that offer finished in January !! So I emailed them saying their web page must be at fault, they replied saying their "technical department" would investigate - still no goodwill gesture of my money being refunded !!!

Cancelled my order as you being a third party did not honour the free gift the magazine was offering when you subscribed to the magazine.

The process is quite easy and they had a good range and prices. I am a little annoyed that a discount that was meant to be applied at the checkout wasn't and there was no way to do it. Their support didn't help much afterwards.

Subscription price advertised when ordering via iSubscribe differed to the subsequent direct debit notification which was more expensive. I had to contact the magazine company to rectify the situation. Disappointing.

I had a voucher worth £25 and obviously wanted to spend the entire amount but found that the amount of £5.05p left over will not be used as I am unable to spend it without having to add a considerable amount of my own money. I would have liked to have a subscription to The Lady, using up the odd amount. iSubscribe must make quite a bit from these leftovers.

I was given a Voucher . I selected a publication . I wanted to take out a 6 month subscription which would have meant I had to add £5 myself, but I was only able to use my voucher if did a Direct Debit.

Poor details given in terms of how the subscription works. Have actually cancelled subscription due to this and wasn't what I was expecting to purchase.

I purchased a magazine subscription for my friend's birthday. During the order process I was asked to indicate a date when my friend would be sent an email from I-Subscribe - however, she never received an email on that date (17/2/2014) and in fact did not receive an email until 24/2/2014.

Been through the bother if filling in their questionnaire for a £2.50 discount. Code was emailed but didn't work, called the head office who gave another code that didn't work. Had to order as its a birthday gift, emailed the lady for a refund for the £2.50 of which was ignored. Will not buy from them again and wouldn't recommend.

For my wife I paid £39.99 for 6 mailed issues of Royal Life ( over the counter cost £21.60), and for that the extra £18.39 I expected good service. Some hope. On-line confirmation of my order stated that the subscription start "will not normally be the current issue...in shops now," and I should "allow up to 6 to 8 weeks for your first delivery". So I went out and bought Issue 8 of Royal Life (£3.60) which my wife had seen for sale at our local shop. 1 week later Issue 8 arrived in the post. Useless. Additionally, I was given to believe that a gift message would be sent by e-mail. I composed the message and asked for it to be sent on Feb. 6th. Nothing, of course, has arrived. iSubscribe? Subscribing to the magazine was a lot more time consuming than need be. After multiple phone calls and emails I finally spoke to someone who could help, they were helpful.

Good idea, got a gift voucher for a colleague who was leaving to have a baby so that she could subscribe to a magazine of her choice. I went for the email version as I needed it in 2 days time but I had to phone up 3 times to get it sent as it wasn't going through to my email address. Although very helpful when I rang, I initially sent an email which I received no reply to and had to keep phoning in to follow up.

Whilst I would expect that the cost of a subscription would be higher with iSubscribe than direct with the magazine what I did find unacceptable was that the range of subscription options was limited and did not meet my needs. If it hadn't been for the fact that I had a gift card to use I wouldn't have subscribed - and infact I almost didn't despite that

Subscription for Dalesman was a birthday present for my husband. I was given the opportunity on the subscription form for a message to be e-mailed to him on his birthday. Despite having to fill in the details twice, he did not receive the message. I only hope the magazine delivery is more reliable. Time will tell.

No where to enter an existing customer number for speedier service. Despite ticking all the boxes saying no contact from yourselves or any other service I have been bombarded by andertising and now this survey, at least I can get this off my chest.

I have used I-subscribe before sucessfully, but this time, I have yet to receive confirmation of the order, several days after the event. In fact, this request for feedback was the only comfort I have had that the system is working, Come on I-subscribe, get your systems put right.
