I selected an e card, as the subscription to Jazzwise is a present, on 17/01/14. I asked for it to be sent straight away. It has still not arrived (20/01/14). I don't suppose it will now. Also I have not received any email confirmation of my order. I only have a print out of the receipt at the checkout. I have no idea if my order has gone through. I would like someone to contact me so I know what's going on, especially as I gave all my bank details for a direct debit. Thanks. jane.bristow1@ntlworld.com

Dear Mrs Bristow, Could you please check if the emails have gone to your junk folder. Unfortunately some providers do filter the emails into junk folders. We have resent the information to you. Kind regards, iSUBSCRiBE

I received no answer to an email asking if I could have a magazine delivered electronically despite sending a reminder. In addition it is not clear and simple to process a received gift voucher. All in all a poor service

Pros: - I chose this company because they accept PayPal. Subscribing was a matter of only a few minutes. - No communication problems. Cons: - We haven't received anything from them yet and they are asking me to write a review. Strange.. - The subscription was a Christmas gift for my mom so I opted for a Christmas gift e-card to be sent to her e-mail address on 24th of December. She hasn't received it yet (it's Jan. 18 now). - I received a very nice gift from them :-). A £60 off a purchase of wines priced more than £95. I don't really want to spend £35 for something that I do not need. Moreover, I don't drink.. - A month after buying the subscription I received an e-mail from the magazine (not iSubscribe) reading that the first issue my mom receives will be a March issue!!! .. Note it's a monthly magazine.

I asked for an aknowledgement/thankyou card to be sent to the person who gave me the subscription. I was both surprised and very disappointed when this was sent to me not the person paying.

It was particularly unclear that I was subscribing to a12 month contract rather than 6 months. I requested an e-card be delivered advising of the gift I had purchased for them. This has so far not happened.

I was given a £30 gift card for Christmas. When I came to redeem it, I discovered that all of the magazines that I was interested in would only accept the gift card for a 12-month subscription, which costs a lot more than £30. Therefore, to purchase the magazine that I wanted, I had to pay an additional £32, more than the value of the original present, to be able to subscribe. Very disappointing.

the reason I have put a poor rating is because I renewed online and if I had waited till I got the second letter asking me to renew I would have saved an extra £3. £3 mat not sound much, but the way things are in todays current climate £3 is a lot.

The subscription voucher took well over a week to arrive and didn't get to us until Christmas Eve. We therefore couldn't deliver the presents to our friends until after Christmas. When it was eventually unwrapped and opened we discovered that the voucher date printed on the card expired before I'd even ordered it! Not great all-in-all!

My rating would have been much higher if the promised email "card" to the recipient, announcing the gift subscription had actually materialised. The clarity, ease and speed of the ordering process were all very good. Shame the delivery did not live up to the expectation! Hopefully the magazine will appear in the New Year.....if not then I will be back with more words!!

I purchased Scots Magazine and People's Friend for my in-laws in Australia. I didn't get confirmation to say all was send okay to them etc. Very bitty, bit concerned they will even get the magazines. Money of £95.00 was taken straight away from my account though. Not good customer service or satisfaction. Sorry!!

I purchased as a gift for xmas expecting a text to be sent to the recipient. This did not happen so now we have to wait till January to se if the magazine is actually delivered.

Not particulalrly good due to having to ring them the day after placing order because £5 discount was not processed when payment was taken. However they were quick and efficient at resolving problem but should not have had to chase it up.

Dissapointed that 4 of my christmas gift cards had the wrong expiry date typed on them. They had the date I ordered them typed into the expiry date, the recipients had to call and confirm the expiry date was wrong. Spoilt what would have been a great gift.

Had a voucher code for money off but could not see anywhere obvious to enter the code when purchasing. Thought it may be on the last page but just went straight through and took full payment. Also just wanted to purchase the six month subscription package. Didn't realise that a direct debit would be taken out for extra subscriptions if not cancelled.

Ordering this time was quite stressful in that I was trying to get a subscription to BBC Good Food which was £38 with a further £5 reduction. I got to the end of ordering and had forgotten my password. I followed the instructions for a password reminder and was told that it had been done and I should wait a minute or two before I went to my inbox. I duly did this (4 times) and each time it was not there - so I gave up. I couple of days later I received an emails saying that you saw I was interested in buying a subscription to BBC Good Food and be careful not to lose the order! I tried once again and the same thing happened so eventually I had to telephone. Once I was through on the telephone the adviser was very efficient and polite but as is so often the case, online ordering is the not the smooth pleasant experience that one hopes it will be.

Keep getting emails about subscriptions fot other magazines but have not yet received gift magazine voucher I ordered. Should concentrate on fulfilling original purchase first.
