I was sent a renewal for a magazine at the weekend, which I completed. I now find that this renewal is not due until next April/May? Far too early!

I've not received an e-mail with christmas greetings to print for the recipient of the magazine, or any acknowledgement of my purchase. I was unable to save as pdf at end of purchase

Website really difficult to use. Did not allow me to print voucher as advertised, only email it direct to the recipient. Only ended up making a purchase as they had a good selection of magazine titles... Would not recommend.

I have just sent in a review to you and then I returned to my e-mails in-box and found another e-mail from you giving me vouchers for wine.....wooops!!! ....I do not take alcohol at all, ever! So - this is a criticism of your thinking - that everyone is happy to be offered wine. Now me - I would love and adore to be offered chocolates so please think-on and see if you need to consider my point, eh? Regards, Shirley Chambers. 5/11/2013.

You need to tell people when the first issue will be delivered. I ordered this as a gift and have now been told that it will take four to six weeks to recieve the first magazine and when I asked if a back issue would be possible the answer was no! NOT HELPFULL

The magazine I ordered was 3 months late, this was after I'd ordered it for a Christmas present and the order was lost. I won't be using them again!

I subscribed to unique bride and got my first (issue 6), a month late and damaged. I am still waiting for issue 7 that was supposed to be out on the 30th may !!

Ordered "the square" magazine 2 and a half months ago. Tried to contact via email asking if possible could you start with the current issue. So far ive had no response and more worryingly no magazine.

i have waited months to get the mag craft stamper. after getting an e-mail to say the firstmoney was gong out of my bank at the begining of May I expected my mah a few days into May. Nothing so I bought one ir is now 5th of June and I still do not have the mag. please sort now or forget the deal.

If I had known how long it would take to subscribe to the magazine I chose, I would have gone directly to the publisher. As a result, the issue I needed was missed.

I was very disappointed that you did not get in contact with me through email until at least sixty days after I had subscribed on line.It was only until I received the magazine that I received an email after I complained about the shoddy service,as I used my credit card as payment if you re subscribe me I will be furious .

I cannot understand how, or why, it takes so long for the subscription to The Daily Mail etc. to reach the person. You take the money by credit card immediately, but it is often 2/3 weeks before the tokens are received....not a good service at all,. Mail order goods purchased, are often despatched by companies the same day, and they need wrapping, weighing etc. your product only needs to be placed in an envelope and posted.

for the first six months of the subscription only one issue arrived. i got in touch to let them know and nothing changed. got in touch again and another couple of issues arrived. hopefully they'll continue to come. on the plus side, they did extend the subscription to make up for the missing issues. sorry to rate as 'poor' but in all honesty i don't think i'd use the service again.
