“Subscription did not go through from payment in September and now told that the first issue will be in February! this was a gift so not very impressed!”

“When contacted to renew my subscription, I was treated as a customer should be, with courtesy, helpfulness and no doubt a smile. I was also given a promotional discount, something that rarely happens these days to an existing customer. Well done.”
