“In USA, we were trying to buy a subscription for House and Garden for someone in London. We were able to buy a one yer subscription, but are curious why we weren't able to buy a 2 year subscription. FInding this hard to believe, we called to find out, in fact, this was true. Interesting.... S. Harr”

“Every year a buy a subscription for my sister to 'My Home' magazine. She really enjoys receiving it and it saves me thinking of a present every year too! The process is made very easy, a reminder is sent, often by post and email and when her birthday is getting near I just go on line and sign up for another year.”

“I rang to purchase twelve months after being a bit confused with the website. I was told as I am a renewing subscriber I was eligible to a 5 percent discount on the £65 annual cost. It appears that online I would not have been granted that loyalty discount. That is not good. Other than that very happy.”

“Your post purchase email is generic & does not clearly state when I'll receive my first order? & why did I not get the opportunity to buy an electronic version instead. I've subsequently discovered this is an option & I would have chosen that instead?”

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for taking time to review us. As we offer a large number of titles we only provide guidelines for the first delivery, many of our publihsers will send a letter or email to inform them when the first issue will be sent. We currently do not offer the digital subscription for the title you ordered at this time. I have sent you an email with the start date of your subscription and advice of how to change the order to digital.

“I ordered Bass guitar for my son-in-law on the 12th March. It said allow 4-6 weeks for first delivery. He received this on the 17th March. Which is really good service.”

Dear Neil, Thank you for your email. Please accept our sincere apologies the icard was never received. I can see looking into your account one was created on the 29/02/16 and was sent to the email address provided. I will of course re-send. Please advise Ben if he could also check his junk mail folder, sometimes they may be filtered through to here.
