I am very happy with the way my account is handled with timely reminders of when my subscription needs to be renewed and the efficient way my magazine is delivered on time.

My friend still hasn't received her first subscription, it would have been useful to be given a date of when she will.

When I receive the e mail reminder that the subscription is due to finish, I usually like to ring up and renew. This time when I phoned the girl who answered informed me that I couldn't purchase that particular publication for 6 months and that only 1 year subscription was available. I queried this as I have purchased this publication for several years now on a 6 monthly renewal. She was adamant this option was not available and gave me the e mail address of the publisher and suggested I contact them directly. When I came off the phone I renewed my subscription via the Internet where the 6 month option was clearly available. She seemed quite clueless throughout our conversation. You very nearly lost a sale.

I can't comment yet as the recipient of my birthday beneficence has not yet received her first copy of the magazine ordered. May I respectfully suggest that you join up your logistical dots, work out when a customer's first delivery is due, and then e-mail them a week later?

Ordered a subscription two days before her birthday to be delivered to my sister email address on her birth date,two days after her birthday and nothing has been delivered!

I have used Isubscribe for a number of years, purchasing value for money subscriptions for family and friends . I have recently decided to treat myself to a subscription it is easy to set up and the cost of my chosen magazine significantly less than I would have paid in the shop.

I like the whole thing, as a boy during the second world war I was aware of the need for secrecy and believed one day I would understand many of the things partially seen and heard while living in the Portsmouth area. One thing I would like you to consider is low contrast text on dark background - just an old man's plea

Website is easy to navigate around . However I sometimes find the deals are not clear cut and the T&C could be spelt out better to encourage shoppers to take up the "trial" offers . I was also not sure if I will receive the free gift that was advertised . Great selection of titles on offer !

I subscribed to Grand Designs Magazine the direct DEbit went out of my account on 3rd Jan 2014 and hav never received the magazine. I would like the magazine for 12months or my subscrption back. Very dissappointing

I was concerned to read in the terms and conditions that my personal details become the property of the publishing company. I am worried that my details will be passed to other companies and used to bombard me with marketing material that I do not want. I almost didn't buy the subscription because of this! It is only because it was a birthday gift that I went ahead

I had a £20 voucher for Xmas which I have just exchanged for a years House and Garden. Easy site to negotiate and lots of choice. But I think it's a bit unfair to charge more for a subscription if you don't pay by Direct Debit. I'm sure there would be more customers if this was not implemented. Me for one!!
