“Easy to use site. I was getting the subscription as a gift and the receiver took out a subscription the same day, so I had to cancel my initial order which was stress free with good communication. I also liked the email gift card idea which was free of charge”

“Seems OK at the moment, thought I would get a greetings card through the post to hand over rather than having to print one out. Otherwise all went well.”

“Not particulalrly good due to having to ring them the day after placing order because £5 discount was not processed when payment was taken. However they were quick and efficient at resolving problem but should not have had to chase it up.”

“I ordered Military History magazine subscription as a present for Christmas.As there was a week left I did not expect it to arrive until January and so was going to give him a copy of the receipt and wait for the magazine to arrive.Much to my delight it came within in three days.Happy me and very happy husband,Thank you”

“I made an error on the recipients address when I first went on the web page. The next day I made one quick phone call, which was answered straight away and it was all sorted. Excellent service.”

“Dissapointed that 4 of my christmas gift cards had the wrong expiry date typed on them. They had the date I ordered them typed into the expiry date, the recipients had to call and confirm the expiry date was wrong. Spoilt what would have been a great gift.”
