“I can't stress enough to anyone reading this review NOT to buy from this site , I bought my son a board on the 10th of May for his 11th birthday for it to arrive with a faulty charger that did not work, I rang their customer service which is none existent and spoke to a Toni who told me he would send another charger out and I would receive it in 2 days , I'm still yet to receive this charger and my son has a board what he's not been able to use and cost me £300 it's absolutely disgraceful how they can get away with this , I refuse to contact them again as u immediately get put on hold for them to get more money out of u ,I've also asked for a manager to contact me and that also hasn't happened so I've now had know other option but to hand this matter over to trading standards and I'm going to make sure this goes on Facebook, Twitter and even contact watchdog about these people . Total theives !!”
