“Being ripped of by this company is not a nice feeling staff have no customer service skills and are very rude board is 10 weeks old and snapped they expect us to pay £100 when it cost £325!!!!”
“The hover board charger is useless and often doesn't charge. It's frightening to leave it on when it does charge because of all the bad press. I have been assured by yourselves that this is a safe charger though, but it's not a very good one. In assuring safety - which it obviously needs to be- the charger is terrible. Also within 8 days, after riding around confidently on it, my son broke his arm after falling when the swegway suddenly ran out charge. It's been the worse purchase we've ever made. Yet obviously out son still want a to use it as he bought it himself with all his birthday and Christmas money. Wish we'd never bought one.”

She has had it for approx 4 months and is still happy which leaves Mum & Dad happy!”
