“The swegway was faulty, it had never been used, still I had to send 4 photos for it to be assessed, a refund was agreed, the board was collected on the 8th Aug, I was told I would receive my money within 5 working days, and 4 weeks later I am still waiting. No one returns my emails or can explain why when I ring. Very poor service and breaking the law.”

“After much research online for a reputable company selling safe Swegways, I ordered one for my son's birthday. The product is of excellent quality and appears to adhere to all safety standards.
The only reason I took 1 star off was due to the fact there was an issue with my order being delivered to Ireland. As I gave my work address as the shipping address, I received an email to say my order would be cancelled if I didn't submit a copy of my passport, credit card and utility bill. I wasn't happy to do so and phoned an agent who assured me that he had sorted it out over the phone and that the swegway was on the way. After 5 days and no swegway, I phoned again to be told that it wouldn't be sent until I scanned over copies of what the were looking for. I was also offered a refund at this time. Via email, I managed to get in touch with a very efficient agent, sent her my ID and she made sure it was dispatched as quickly as possible. The colour I had originally ordered was no longer available but I received another one very quickly - 2 days after the birthday but my son absolutely loved it and said it's the most fun present he has ever gotten!”
“Ordered a hover board for my son as a Christmas present. When he unwrapped his gift it was faulty and wouldn't charge - he was gutted. Spent hours on the phone trying to sort the problem out, usually waiting ages for the phone to be picked up. After I sent the board back, I was told time after time a replacement would be sent out but it was just one lie after another and after nearly a month I told them not to bother and got a new board from another supplier and my son finally got his Christmas present. Took at least another month to get a refund though I never got the postage back on the returned item. Not that impressed to be honest.”
