“Great product my nine year old loves it. Only bad thing was I paid an extra £14.99 for a Saturday delivery and it turned up on Wednesday. Might as well of had a standard delivery as no refund has come through on the postage cost. Other than that great service.”
“I ordered a swegway on 24th May and was contacted on 27th to say that there was a payment issue and that they needed varification which I had sent, along with authorization to charge myself £14 extra for the Saturday delivery. The item did not arrive for my daughters birthday, we were then away for 1 week and on return still no swegway! Called again on the 6th June to be told that it would be sent immediately by UPS and would arrive the following day, guess what, 2 days later still no swegway! Called again on the 8th to be apologized to and told that the item still had not been sent! And that heads would roll over this issue! My daughter has been let down by this company, so I demanded a full refund which I will use to shop elsewhere. If you want my advise, if the item does not arrive in the so promised 48hrs get your money back ASAP as I waited 2 weeks and still no Swegway!”

“My son purchased a blue swegway hoverboard balance board on 6 May 2016 from iSwegway, on 18 May I sent the company an email stating that there was a screw missing from the bottom of the balance board (either it had come like this or it had fallen out) and could they send me a screw to put in. I have now sent 5 emails, tried twice on the phone but with no-one answering to try and get this resolved. I had one email back 2 weeks ago saying they would check if a screw was available and let me know but yet again no reply.
Whilst the Segway is great the customer service has been shocking and I am very disappointed.”
