“Had to follow up after placing order online. Only after 4-5 days was I told that the jersey I ordered was not in stock. Don't think your online system is very good. Emails took days to respond to. Items were couriered as the order was somehow missed!!!”

“Disappointed with my order, not a huge deal, but as you can see in the photos, the bottle cage on the left is what I already had and I wanted another matching one. As you can see in the website screenshot, the bottle matches my existing one, but the ones I actually got (bottle cage on the right) is different. I would have liked them to match, but the biggest issues is the difference in materials, the original one uses smooth glossy plastic and the new one is soft touch matte plastic, It makes inserting the bottle while riding more difficult and the coating will almost certainly deteriorate over time like all soft touch coatings do. The service as far as shipping time was good, no issues with service, just disappointing I didn’t get what I ordered/website in not updated to match products on sale.”

“Took too long for the gift card to be delivered. A week to come from Ivanhoe to Williamstown is very poor customer service. Personal shopping in store would have been quicker I'm sure.”
