“Good service up to the point of picking up the bike, when the staff member sold me an inner tube for a bike with tubeless tires - not happy.”

“Great service & fast delivery. BUT - gloves a bit undersized for medium so can’t wear them ( they were on special so can’t be returned), shorts have a ripple effect around the leg so look a little weird (disappointing as they were full price & a reasonable brand. Cycle shirt initially sent was incorrect colour which was immediately replaced with correct shirt ordered.”
