“Prices are very competitive which is convenient as they are just round the corner from work. I've had some trouble getting the right size headset bearings but the staff have taken the time to help although it is only a $2 part.”

“Great sales staff and skilled bike mechanics. Good range of accessories on display. A lot easier to deal with compared to some of the smaller LBS and competitive in pricing. Good after sales service agreements as well. Some LBS now won't do any free after sales servicing. Suggest you promote if you can source bikes not advertised online or on display eg. seems to be a limited Jamis line on sale.”

“I bought my new Cannondale Topstone gravel bike from Ivanhoe about 11 months ago. The bike is great. So was the service when I picked it up. They put a shorter stem on it for me, at no charge, which made the fit perfect.”

“I ordered a jersey a few days before Christmas and they were able to get it to me on time! It was exactly as I had ordered but unfortunately was too small. When I returned it, unfortunately (again) they did not have the bigger size and promptly refunded me. This was my first experience of Ivanhoe but I would use them again for sure.”

“Just about everything went really well, but a bit of a sour taste to learn that I'd been charged for delivery on a helmet after I'd clicked pay now. It gave me the option for free delivery, so I clicked on it, but you've added the delivery fee afterwards, which is not a great. Not sure that a helmet is bulky item anyway!”
