“I very stupidly bought the wrong charm for my granddaughter when I phoned to ask if I could return them the young lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Then received a very nice email advising it would be OK to return my charm. As I was too late to reorder in time for my granddaughters birthday I had to request a refund. I mailed goods one day and had my full refund the next day. I would definitely recommend J Herron and son and I will use them again excellent service you can't improve on perfection many thanks”

“So excited to receive this watch as the look of it online reminded me of my late Dads watch, the price was the best price I had seen, the delivery was excellent as I saw the watch in Whitby for the full price, ordered it online on the Sunday went home on the Monday evening and on Tuesday morning my watch was delivered! Can't be more happy with the overal service! Thank you so much!”
