“I received the watch but am a bit disappointed. Your website said it was water resistant to 100m but I since found out it is only splash resistant. Otherwise, I love the watch but unfortunately can't use it while swimming.”

“Really easy to use site. My watch came faster than I expected which was lovely. My only gripe is that the date on the watch wasn’t correct so I had to adjust it and I have fingers like sausages lol.”

“I can't complain about the efficiency because the order was turned around very quickly from the point of ordering, however unfortunately I have just had to box my item up ready for sending back tomorrow due to the item being far too small, this is nobody's fault except the manufacturer who should state the bracelet length and then customers would know beforehand if the size was right or not, It is with regret that I have to return it because it is a beautiful bracelet but if it doesn't fit there is nothing you can do”

“They processed my order within minutes and it arrived the next morning. Unfortunately the product didn't meet my requirements so I returned it. I then had a complete refund before the goods were back in their hands and a confirmation email to say that they had been received. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.”

“I bought a puzzle ring and it arrived before the estimated date. I am pleased with the ring and it is even better than I thought it would look. I have owned several puzzle rings like this one in various metals and am very adept in making up these rings. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I find this one does not quite fit together without having to place it on my finger and then jiggle the ring. Is it possible the mould is a tiny bit off? Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.”

“Quick service and very good price. Delivered as signed for parcel which caused me a big problem, our sorting depot is a 20 min drive away and only open for very ltd hours. I would prefer to have known the form of postage before buying as I would not have chosen signed for”
