“After returning the watch back over two weeks ago I still have not had a refund even after requesting twice and sending proof of postage”

“I ordered an item for Mother's Day on 22 March. The item still hasn't arrived and its 30th March ! My money has been taken. I have emailed 3 times and tried calling but have been ignored! Next stop is trading standards.”

“Purchased a brand new watch online from J Herron website as a special gift for someone. When the watch arrived it had no tags or protective coverings on it was very obvious that it had been worn before. I don't just mean tried on in a shop. The bracelet and clasp had wear marks on them, the underside of the watch and bracelet was full of sweat marks. Was too late to return as it was an Xmas gift so I had to clean up the watch the best I could myself. As a watch collector myself I know the difference! Very disappointed with a first purchase from this company and would not recommend.”

“We purchased a Hugo Boss watch as a gift at Christmas, I have been trying to get a response for weeks now as the links keep breaking and I need assistance in sorting out the problem. They refuse to reply to emails. I am contacting Trading Standards this afternoon.”
