Purchased a brand new watch online from J Herron website as a special gift for someone. When the watch arrived it had no tags or protective coverings on it was very obvious that it had been worn before. I don't just mean tried on in a shop. The bracelet and clasp had wear marks on them, the underside of the watch and bracelet was full of sweat marks. Was too late to return as it was an Xmas gift so I had to clean up the watch the best I could myself. As a watch collector myself I know the difference! Very disappointed with a first purchase from this company and would not recommend.
