“Purchased a brand new watch online from J Herron website as a special gift for someone. When the watch arrived it had no tags or protective coverings on it was very obvious that it had been worn before. I don't just mean tried on in a shop. The bracelet and clasp had wear marks on them, the underside of the watch and bracelet was full of sweat marks. Was too late to return as it was an Xmas gift so I had to clean up the watch the best I could myself. As a watch collector myself I know the difference! Very disappointed with a first purchase from this company and would not recommend.”

“Bought a lovely Citizen Diver watch from this long established business. I have to say they were a real pleasure to deal with. I had the watch sent to me, it arrived very quickly and in fantastic condition. I know that every item is checked before it is sold to the customer. This was there are no surprises or disappointments, only great experiences. True professionals, do not hesitate to deal with this traditional jewelers; either online or well worth going out of your way for a very special experience.”

“Ordered a Trollbead for a gift. The price was excellent and arrived very quickly. It came with the little Trollbead bag but was disappointed no box, which could have been flat packed. But as it was such a good price I can't really complain. Would recommend.”

“I appreciated the extremely swift service though was rather disappointed that the Chamilia Cinderella Slipper was covered with white crystals whereas the picture online clearly showed them to be a bright blue. Is that correct or have you sent the wrong charm?”
