“Bought bracelet but returned it as it had no clasp. This was evident in the item photo but not mentioned in its description Three stars only as as well as the above ‘niggle’ it’s impossible to find clear return or refund instructions on vendor’s website”

“Delivered quickly and as described. As intended for a gift would have been nice if the box had been a bit nicer and that the item had come in a gift bag that was the same make as the item purchased.”

“Pros: The watch I ordered arrived very quickly the next day, a few days before Xmas. Very helpful on the phone prior to order. The watch was at a very good price to refuse. Cons: the box for the warch had a tear in one corner and looked old. The watch is complicated to set up so it didn't help that the instructions were for a different model and I had to find it online. Not even worn it yet but already a problem with the date change mechanism not centering in window nor allowing correction via online instructions.....needless to say I am not happy having this type of problem so soon!!!”

“Lovely earrings, sent in a a letter envelope and in a draw string bag so I had to email for a gift box as they are a Christmas present. Happy with the end result but felt they were just posted out with no thought process.”
