“J Herron & Son had the best price online for a Seiko 5 watch I was keen to get. £53 and no delivery cost, and the watch came within 2 days (I ordered at 11pm and it came not the next morning but the 11 am the morning after). The watch works perfectly so far. The bigger Seiko box the watch came in was a bit damaged, but I guess that's the purpose of it. The actual watch box was perfect, and contained my guarantee. A bit disappointed that I never got a reply from then on Facebook about an issue I did have with the day changing from English to French, however after a couple of days the problem sorted itself out. So overall, I'd go back to J Herron & Son again. Great prices, great quality, just a shame they're not very responsible on Facebook.”

“Finding the item on the website was easy, ordering even easier. This was not a big order, but nonetheless trollbead arrived next day by signed-for delivery exactly as described (with its own mini trollbead bag). Would definitely order from RJ Herron in future. Excellent- thank you.”
