“ Awful. Terrible customer service who ignore your emails and don’t answer questions. Have charged me a large amount of money for clothes that were returned and that I don’t own, even though I had proof I don’t own them!! USE NEXT, far better company. ”

Worst online shopping experience…I ordered some clothes and followed Jacamo’s own size guide…clothes didn’t fit at all and didn’t look like pictures…called the customer service to arrange their carrier (Evri) to pick up the parcel to return; their carrier never showed up…called Jacamo and they said they couldn’t do anything…definitely don’t recommend ”
