“Ultra efficient team from the office staff to the plumbers and electricians. Two workmen came to assess the job at 5pm and by 8 pm the same day we had received a quote and set a date and time for the work to be carried out. the workmen arrived and quickly and efficiently carried out the work. Great service using modern technology and traditional skills. We will be passing on your number to all our friends. Thank you.”

“I was let down by British Gas for a boiler service. They phoned at the last minute to cancel. So I phoned you who were able to offer a same day service at a very reasonable price. Staff from switchboard to engineer were very friendly. Thank you for a prompt, reliable friendly service. I shall never use British Gas ever again.”

“Called before arriving, arrived when agreed, had the correct part, fitted it, tested it, works, cleaned up, e-mailed invoice, took card payment over phone, receipt e-mailed back straight away. All this within 2 hours, with an excellent price. Additionally the guidance from James was with no pressure and the job completed with no fuss. Excellent service, will use again and recommend to all.”

“When you telephone this company you are immediately transferred to a helpful person, and not forced to listen to annoying announcements and loud music. They telephone you and give up dates on when to expect your engineer to arrive. The engineer did a thorough job, was helpful, happy to answer all my questions and make helpful suggestions.”
