“I needed urgent help for an elderly friend of mine and James Foy sent the excellent Alan around on the same day. Alan did a thorough investigation and clearly explained the problems and solutions available. He got the boiler working and only charged for one hour. He's going to prepare an estimate for some further work that needs doing and I'm confident that this will be well thought out, necessary and reasonably priced. First class service! Thanks to all concerned. Alan Crowe”

“Quick, efficient service. Arranged annual gas safety certificate and the engineer who attended was very personable and fixed a few very minor problems whilst on site at no extra charge. Will use again.”

“We contacted you when the gas engineers we had previously employed wanted to make a call-out charge when we asked for their advice. With yourselves there was no such reluctance - no only were you prepared in principle to give us a free estimate, but Allan in fact took considerable time to check out what might need doing and to explain this fully to us. All in all our first experience of your company has been excellent and we will certainly come back to you for annual boiler inspections, and for any other plumbing work we might need in the future. Thank you.”

“Plumber fully explained the problem with my toilet first before dealing with it. Fixing was done to my satisfaction. Payment was swift. Altogether a hassle-free half an hour or so. James Foy Plumbing are very professional and I would certainly recommend to others.”

“James Foy Plumbing were superb. I had a major plumbing problem with my water tank which was leaking everywhere, even through the ceiling! Our plumber Neil was first class, polite, very hard working and extremely professional. He re-fit the new cylinder unit and changed all the complicated pipework to a very high standard. He explained how everything works on the new model and I am thrilled with the result. No leaks and hot water again! All the staff were friendly too, including Gemma in the office, who put me at total ease throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services in the future, if I needed them.”

“From the initial call to the job completed I cannot fault the service, the young plumber is a credit to the company, because of the nature of the problem he put himself out to do it as quick as possible, he never stopped until it was done, he was pleasant and very professional and would not leave until he had cleaned up to his standard. I will recommend and already have. I was expecting a much bigger estimate but was very happy indeed with the price.”

“Excellent professional service from the initial welcoming telephone response, an appointment to fit round my work commitments, the advance notice text, the prompt, cheerful and efficient workmanship from your engineer, Allan, to the follow up customer care emails. I am very impressed and so delighted to see that customer care is still valued. I was beginning to lose all hope after being let down by other companies. Although this was a reasonably small job to be sorted, I was looked after as if I was having the whole house overhauled. I will definitely be using your team again and will be happy to recommend you to friends and colleagues. Suzanne”

“From start to finish, all who where involved were excellent. I especially liked the idea of sending a text the night before to confirm appointment time. “Would definitely recommend! Great service from start to finish. Gemma who arranged my appointment over the phone was great and gave a full explanation about the process for fixing/assessing my broken boiler. Peter our plumber was very friendly and gave clear and upfront pricing. I also got a full explanation of the repairs and parts required too.”

“To all - I've recently been having central heating problems, with radiators not working and heat not circulating, I called in a local plumber to look at the system and was informed the system needed a flush. I agreed to let him carry out the works in order to get a fully working system again, This was done and I paid the £325.00. A few days later I noticed some where working better than others and it still didn't seem 100% right. I called the plumber who informed me there must be blockages and all sorts of pipe work needed cutting out.. wow.. I wasn't expecting this.. why didn't he diagnose this in the beginning is beyond me... he declined to come back.... This obviously needed sorted, so I called James Foy plumbing ( now opting for a professional Company ) I spoke to Gemma who guided me step by step the process and sent an engineer out to diagnose the problem, this was done in a professional manner with photo's etc.. with a free quote....what a difference on how they came across and how well the job was completed, we had a few hiccup's but they where dealt with, they did what they said they would do and more and the price for the flush was the same as the other plumber..... my advice would be USE JAMES FOY PLUMBING... First class Job and attitude. Excellent !!”
