“This was our first time travelling to Japan and with the help of the team at Japan Ski Experience (JSE) the travel to our accommodation locations were exceptionally smooth and easy. Each of the hotel were beyond our expectations and after arriving the JSE team made contact to ensure there were no issues and that we were enjoying our stay. I will definitely be using JSE again to book our net trip o Japan. Thank you”

“Booking process was easy - just sent an email giving our dates and requirements and Japan Ski Experience came back with options which we were able to review and select the most suitable one and our accommodation was booked with a reply of their email. Because we had a young baby with us we needed extra items which were also easily arranged through email.”

“Excellent service and communication. I needed to contact Koharu suites where we stayed while in Kyoto to let them know I would be sending my ski boots to the hotel and Japan Ski Experience was readily available and very helpful! Thank you!”

“We stayed at Happo 1 apartments at Hakuba. The apartments were lovely and very near bus stop and skislope. We could also use the onsen at the springs hotel Overall a good experience and we would certainly book again”

“Ai was our ski repwwntative and was helpful and responsive from the very beginning. Our accommodation was perfect and Mak at Beaver Lodge was invaluable to us. We have skied alot in Canada and the USA and would highly recommend the Beaver Lodge and Japan Ski Experience, especially coming from far away.”

“hotel was perfect, they supported our every need and made us feel very comfortable. CS Snowports central provided good equipment and replaced a damaged ski pole withno fuss or bother”
