“1) Your buy back prices exceed all others I checked. 2) Your speed and efficiency for returns is excellent. 3) Your speed and method of payment is excellent. However I am a little disappointed in this transaction results. I believe the agreed price was $265.00. However, the payment was for only $263.00. I felt with the fact that I included a flip cover (which was not indicated as a return option) I should have at the least received the agree apron price.”
