“i was expecting to receive exact amount for the xbox one x complete console system. i did the paypal one to not get charged. i lost a few dollars for service. the resale value should be an extra $20.00 that way i dont loose money. the selection for condition for the product even if you used it once and mint condition there is no option for it . so that makes the value of the product a few dollars lower. they lower the value too much so you dont get your moneys worth for the sale value. so you get less money. they are the last resource to use if you don't trust meeting people in person like craigslist other than that the service from jay brokers is the quickest to resell electronic products that qualifies.”

“I found Jay Brokers via a Google search for purchasing apple mac minis. Jay Brokers offered a little more than their competition, so I accepted their offer. They sent a shipping label with an acceptable expiration date. They kept in touch with reminders and inquiries, which was reassuring. The item I sent them took just a day or so, and after Jay’s assessment of it, a check was quickly sent to PayPal via my email address. The only ding is that Paypal charged 3% or so processing fee. Overall, Jay service was excellent.”

Of course the onus is on the individual to provide accurate, honest details about the condition of what one's trying to sell. No cost for the shipping, labels downloaded from their website.
