“My dealings with Jay Brokers were excellent--highly professional and considerate. In fact, they paid more than I expected for the Android phone I sent them; I had entered incorrect information about the phone (16 GB when it was, in fact, 32), and when they discovered my error, they notified me that they would be sending a check for the higher, 32 GB, amount. The check arrived promptly. Very good people with whom to do this kind of business.”

“This was my second sale with Jay Brokers and both times my description of my items (laptop and tablet) was accepted by them and payment was made within 2 days, in one case a credit with Pay Pal, and in another with a mailed check. Really excellent service. My only comment that has nothing to do with Jay Brokers is that Pay Pal charges a fee for using their service.”

“I've used this company several times over the last couple of years, and the experience has always been outstanding. They offer competitive prices for used devices, pay for the shipping, and issue payment very promptly. The entire process can be completed in about one week. I recently sold them a desktop all in one PC. The item was not listed on there website inventory, so I sent them an email describing the PC. “I think Jay Brokers are wonderful. I completed my first transaction with them and I was a bit nervous that it would go well and that I wouldn't be scammed. They were fast and efficient, and they pay for the shipping by sending you a shipping label you can print from your computer. They kept me informed along the way on the progress of my item, and they informed me when they mailed out my check. You can also get a personal quote if you have something to sell that is not on the general list, they will get back to you quickly. THese guys are Fantastic, trustworthy, and extremely efficient.
