“I contacted Jay Brokers to quote a price for a phone I had upgraded out of, and received an immediate response, which was the highest quote from any similar online company. I accepted the offer, received an email to print my shipping information, received a notification when they received it, an update on the progress, a confirmation that it met the standards I described it to be, & then notification my check, for the exact amount quoted was sent. The arrival time was slated 3-5 days, I received it on the 4th day. I was reluctant & hesitant about doing this, and I am thrilled beyond description to not be taken advantage of. I will absolutely use Jay Brokers again in the future, & will refer my friends as well. Ps. Exemplary streamlined ease of use with your website! Any email I received containing links all worked, and it is sad that other companies overlook a detail like that. Thank you!”

“Through my numerous dealings with Jay Brokers and Justin Pepples, I always got what was promised. Payments were always prompt and they never countered an offer once they received and inspected the item(s). I know doing business this way is like a shot in the dark but I've sold computers and all different electronic items, including watches, and never had a negative experience. Their prices have always beat the competition by a fairly wide margin, including the shipping cost, which they always pay for. “After looking a numerous Internet buyers of used cell phone jaybrokers seemed to have the best price/reputation combo. (A lot of sites look downright fraudulent given people experiences).
