"Mis-Sold Vehicle \u2013 Dishonest Sales Tactics\r\n\r\nI recently purchased a Mercedes Benz Approved used car from JCT600 Harrogate under the impression that it had only one previous owner, as stated on the AutoTrader advert description as by the salesperson. However, after completing the purchase I started having multiple problems with the vehicle so I ran my own checks, I discovered the vehicle had multiple previous owners\u2014far more than I was led to believe.\r\n\r\nThis kind of misleading sales tactic is completely unacceptable. Had I known the true ownership history, I would never have proceeded with the purchase. When I confronted the dealership, they were dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to take any responsibility for the misinformation.\r\n\r\nI strongly advise anyone considering buying from here to do their own thorough checks before believing anything they are told. This experience has left me feeling deceived and out of pocket. I would not trust this dealership again!"

"Audi jct 600 at Bochum way is a dealership that rip its clients. Very unprofessional dealing were they do not fix things as they claim they do. This so accredited garage claimed to be able to fix my suspension for my Audi A7 2007 and they do a half baked cake and when I complained they asked me to bring in the car and when I did they diagnosed my vehicle with another problem and yet their technicians had claimed that they have fixed my vehicle and charged me \u00a3390 for a problem they did not resolve. My vehicle suspension is still like it was the first time I took the vehicle to them. They charged me for a service to removal of tracks and then wheel alignment that they did not conduct to my own opinion as the vehicle is still unsatisfactory. I would recommend smaller garages over them I used them once and they failed to fix my Audi and when I took it back to them they diagnosed the vehicle with another fault that they were supposed to fix initially. What a rip off on my side all they can do is sell new cars about fixing they are the worst. I don\u2019t recommend anyone to take in their car for fixing there. Shameless brunch."

Lauren at Boston Lincs couldn\u2019t have been more helpful. \r\nCar was MOTed and just right for collection. \r\nWould recommend and will look here first next time we are on the look out for a car!"
