“Not great on delivery I'm afraid ,four or five days late after having paid extra for premium delivery,no sign yet of delivery price refund.”

“You could have emailed me for the name of my house, very bad service. There are about 300 houses in Goldhanger Road, for the courier just to dump my purchase in a brown box.”

“Items purchased were due to arrive within 2-5 working days. After 8 working days I still hadnt received the items and had to contact the company to see what had happened to the delivery. I received an apology for the delay which I was told was due to unexpected demand(!). Several days later I received one part of the order but not the other two items. I waited a further 10 days but received no goods and no explanation. I had to contact the company again and eventually received a refund as the goods had been 'lost in transit'. Not impressed with the service or communication.”

“The product was correct and the price was good and the standard delivery time was acceptable. Unfortunately JDS DIY offer a 1-2 day express delivery which I paid for but my order didn't ship until day 3. I would buy from JDS again but I wouldn't waste money on the quick delivery option.”
