“Jens Hansen did a good job. They emailed me a few times and made sure to be available and have a customer support experience in case anything was wrong. I had a short turn around on the ring for my wedding and they were able to accommodate.”

“I ordered this ring for my son's birthday. Its a beautiful piece of jewellery. My son is delighted with it and absolutely loves it. I cannot recommend this enough. Any LOTR fan will without a doubt, love this ring.”

“I am pleasantly surprised with the overall process of ordering from this company, the product and the packaging. The shipping time was really quick for getting to Canada even compared to things that are shipped within the country recently. It was packaged really safely and securely and the other documents that support the care of the ring and everything was really top-notch and above what I would’ve expected. I also think it’s really well priced for the product. The one issue that I had was navigating the website, because when I searched initially for the silver version of this ring it didn’t come up with the other one listings and I had to custom search for it. Thus, the navigation could use some improvements but other than that everything for this order has been amazing and I’m really looking forward to it being a surprise gift in the coming months.”

“I received my version of the One Ring in 18 kt gold, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. It was packaged securely and made it to me without issue from a world away. Customer support was also very helpful and able to easily make a small change to my order after it was placed. I’m so glad I came across the Jens Hansen shop and made the purchase! If you’re on the fence, I’d recommend going for it. You won’t be disappointed!”

“It was a wonderful experience for us, deep fans of the film. Thank you for your prompt response to several barriers, such as problems with credit card payment, which we had with our order from overseas. The only thing consumers need to be aware of is the tariffs that are imposed when importing jewelry from abroad. Without prompt acknowledgement of this and additional payment, Precious will not be able to find an owner. Thanks again for the team of Jens Hansen.”

“I previously bought a Silver One Ring replica from Jens Hansen and it was of impeccable quality and beauty. I was worried that the silver would tarnish, but I never had to worry about that with this ring. So when my ring became too small for me to wear—and my fiancée wanted a ring too—I ordered the Silver One Ring set.
