“I purchased a replica ring for my fiance as his wedding band and the process was seamless. I accidentally purchased more ring warranty than I actually needed, and I was able to correct that by emailing the support team and quickly received a refund and confirmation. Whilst the final product does somewhat differ to the photography shown on WETA's product page, the ring has a real heft to it and is absolutely beautiful. “We spent lots of time visiting jewellery shops, spoke to family and friends and came back to Jen's Hansen (which is where we first started looking) and we are so pleased we did the support provided to choose our rings was outstanding, communication was great and very quick shipping.
