“Jens Hansen was incredible to work with. My now-husband and I have loved Lord of the Rings our entire lives, and when we were looking for our wedding rings we discovered Jens Hansen. Our wedding date fell right in the middle of the estimated delivery date range, and it had to ship internationally, so I contacted customer support to ask if anything could be done to ensure the package arrived toward the start of the range as opposed to the end; they responded very quickly and assured me it would arrive in time. It arrived 3 days before the start of the initial window, which was more than enough time for the wedding! The rings are gorgeous and fit us both perfectly. You can tell the team at Jens Hansen genuinely care about their work and about making sure their customers are satisfied, and I highly recommend them!”

“I ordered the "Little One" Replica Ring in 18ct yellow gold for my wife. It is so beautiful! My wife is going to love it, that is, as long as I am able to part with it. Precious! When I received the ring it was barely within the tattered DHL packaging. The slightest pull on the large hole in the plastic DHL envelope/bag easily tore it wide open. I am very thankful it did not get lost in transit.”

“As a Lord of the Rings fan, I was so happy to find I could get a ring made just like the one from the movies. My fiancee and I got the ring pair for our wedding rings. There was very good communication on the progress of the order. Upon receiving the rings, we were both very impressed with the heft if the rings, and they were beautiful.”

“Customer service was amazing, I needed it in a very quick time frame for a anniversary and somehow they worked their magic and I got it in plenty of time. My only complaint is that the One Ring I got for my husband has turned his finger blackish/green. For being a decently priced ring I didn’t think that would happen so that was unfortunate but he does love it, just can’t wear it like a wedding ring as we had planned”
