“Bought a Citizen watch from them via their website. Best price I could find and yet they have a high street presence as well. Best of both worlds. This became important when there was a problem with the watch within days of buying it. It was a charging issues which was hard to demonstrate but I could take it in and allow them to test it which led to a quick resolution and a replacement. Great business model.”

“Very good looking watch; admired by several friends. I have a narrow wrist so this does not look like an alarm clock with a strap! Watch arrived quickly - very well wrapped - very happy with service will definitely buy again from Jewellers Ark”

“Very competitive pricing, good communication and swift service - a superlative item arrived well-packed and JA have maintained communication with me since. In terms of the watch itself, despite being feather-light titanium it is a superbly smart, simple and robust piece of kit that sits comfortably on the wrist and boasts good shockproofing and water resistance. A 'less is more' approach means it goes as well with a suit as with jeans and an open-necked shirt, and a quick strap-change lends it easily to other styles. I have exposed this to diving, night canoeing and several desert hikes and it has stood up admirably - strong night lume as well. Given the price point vs the specs, plus the fact that it has a 5-year warranty (register the watch with Citizen and it becomes 6) this is a lot of watch for the money. Thanks JA, I shall shop again.”

“Never leave reviews but I felt compelled to after my experience with jewellers ark. Found a watch I was looking at for a long time at a cheap price, I was very weary but after reading reviews I decided to order from here. I ordered just before midnight on Sunday, arrived early Wednesday morning. The watch was packaged double boxed with bubble wrap etc to protect it, the watch looks better than in the photos and it had protective film on unlike other high street retailers which meant it wasn't all scratched up. Very pleased and would definitely shop again, thanks!”

“I had researched the choice of Citizen EcoDrive watches. The model I wanted was not available in any of the high street jewelers where I live. I searched on-line and found Jewellers Ark not only had the model I wanted, but at a better price than Citizen quote. I placed an order on Saturday afternoon and received the watch very carefully packaged and by Recorded Delivery on Tuesday. It's great to have a shopping experience that was no hassle and exactly as you would want if you could 'write the script'.”
