Extremely poor quality jewellery. Earrings arrived with posts broken. Replace pair sent after explaining, sending photos and returning the broken pairs. Replace pair broke within hours of putting them in. Don’t waste your time as jewellery is very very low quality. Will not be returning

I ordered back in November and am still waiting for my products. I have contacted them several times and they only send me tracking information that doesn't work. They refuse to refund me for my order never received.

Not a jewellery box - purchased the cut out laser hanging jewellery holder . Not enough holes to match earring - odd numbers . Cut out loops at the bottom - too shallow - necklaces keep falling off . Made of cheap plywood . Leather string came undone so had the tie knots again. Cannot carry weight of costume jewellery . Absolutely a piece of rubbish for the price . Will make do until I can find something substantial . Might suit kids jewellery. Very disappointed.

Good communication as I ordered an item that was out of stock. Fast delivery and the stones fell out of both nose studs within hours of them arriving. The customer service was a joke, wanted me to go out of my way to print some label to return the used and broken nose studs before they took any action. This was an inconvenience for me as i was not able to get to a printer. Nothing offered as a good will gesture and i sent a photo for proof as well. Check the reviews when purchasing nose studs as I’m not the only one. A few have complained about the stone falling out.

Mother ordered and was sent wrong item. It was such poor quality the pearl fell off. I wrote to them they ignored contents of email seemed to think I bought the item and seemed to want me to print out something ( no access to printer) and return at our expense / inconvenience

ordered and paid for a Christmas present, 2 hours later receive an email from paypal to say they have refunded the money back to my account and this will take up to 3 working days which wont hit the account until after Christmas and no email form jewellerybox to say why, i now have no Christmas present nor the money to buy one before Christmas - wont use them again
