Had a visit from an incredible lady called Michelle yesterday to sort out my mouse problem. I didn’t know up to this point how unbelievably terrified I was of having them in my home especially after one popped it’s head out from under the sofa late one night. Michelle realised from the start how frightened I was and was extremely understanding and caring. She caught the one in the lounge and put lots of stuff down everywhere to try and deal with any others. I have moved out for a few days until the problem is (hopefully) sorted and Michelle insisted on making sure I had everything I needed, all was locked up and I was calm enough to drive to my mums. She really did go way above and beyond what I would have expected. Hopefully she will be the one to come out for our follow up visit - thank you Michelle x

They came once to my property to visit for foxes, and took money for 3 visits only came once and never bothered booking for a follow appointment. They did this for my other property for Rodent control, and really bad customer service

Amazing service from start to finish - JG Pest Control were so accommodating and efficient. Lovely customer service from Sam on the phone too. I would definitely recommend this company!

I recently found a mouse in my kitchen, tried a couple of other companies who wanted crazy money for it. JG explained thier treatment process to me, came the same day to start the eradication. The guy that came was very thorough and explained to what would happen next. Very happy with the service to date. Would highly recommend.

We paid 250.00 that’s a lot of money to sort out bed bugs out we wasn’t swarmed with them but we had tried to deal with them ourselves fir over a year we was getting maybe 60-80 a week using spray ourselves this went down to 30 week so we paid jpg pest control had to find somewhere to go for 8 hours why they did it and they let us down waste dey then they rebooked is came out promised that it kills them and they never come back after 4 weeks we were only seeing 10 a week they came out resprayed I checked my cameras and the bloke was literally here 10 mins sorry how can you call that repeating the spray we are still getting them now 7 months later not a lot maybe 3-4 month don’t waste your money get a proper company in like rentokil we wasted 250 on this company and they lie they can’t get rid them I’m so annoyed I tried emailing and phoning but they don’t want to know

I called JG pest control and they came out on the same day. they left bait boxes. didnt really look around the property I had to show them where they might be they have made 5 visits and the problem is not solved I have done everything they have instructed eg. covering the air vent filling the holes. they left poison under the sink that has mostly gone. I have called them up said they will be charge to come out again it's not a very good service when I booked them they said we are here to relsove the problem but the problem is still there. one visit was a waste as it was there own fault they left faulty mouse traps that didnt work. I'm not a very happy with them at all.

PESTILENTIAL COMPANY; STEER WELL CLEAR!! Highly disreputable dishonest company, bullyboy sharp practices, hell -bent on fleecing people. Do not use them. We made an appointment but the gormless John failed to ring on our doorbell and didn’t bother calling us to say he was outside but just left. Later that day JG slapped us with a 50% cancellation charge of over £200 with threats of prosecution even though it was THEY who messed up the appointment, despite Sebastian in their sales department confirming the same day cancellation fee is £95 and even though we showed them CCTV footage of John standing outside our door, not ringing our bell and then leaving. They deploy a relentless army of motivated money Mercenary, unreasonable, money-grubbing people. We would rather have domestic pests in our home than this malevolent lot.

We have recently taken a commercial contract out with this company. They attend regularly, are conscious of our safety regulations when it comes to our warehouse department and have a great knowledge of what the issue is and what to do to help. When we have had the need to call them out for an issue they have nearly always attended the same day. We would highly recommend this company for all domestic and commercial pest issues.

Expensive but we were desperate as about to go on holiday. They solved our problem but at the expense of waiting in all day on four occasions when they failed to turn up. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience. I was told a manager would call back but never happened. I was asked to write with details of the missed incidents but my letter was ignored. Eventually offered 10% off my next purchase which I assumed to be intended as an insult - I shall never use them again..

Paid £155 for what I thought was removal of a wasp nest. Speaking to the guy who visited my home I was informed that nest was too big and active to remove same day so it would be treated and then they would come back to break down and remove 1 week later. On phoning them to arrange removal I was informed that this was an extra service so I would have to pay again. Have now got someone treating and removing for £40. JG are a total rip off. Paid through the nose for half a service. Would definitely not recommend.

A very poor experience with this company. Paid 421 for cockroach treatment which supposedly came with a 3 month guarantee. The technician visited and sprayed. A week later and still no discernible difference. Other companies provide spray, bait and traps for literally half the cost. I found the company unwilling to discuss the effectiveness of their treatment or provide any follow up advice or support. I have since decided to give up on them and use another company. Have telephoned today requesting cancellation of a future appointment and refund. Company has been purposely difficult and obstructive. Would definitely never use again. Avoid.

Con artists. Don’t use. Paid to have miner bees exterminated from front lawn as have a baby. Two visits from company did nothing at all to the bees. Refused a third visit despite ‘guaranteeing’ work for 3 weeks and then told us to do work ourselves. Now ignoring repeated requests for a refund. Don’t use this company.

Placed an order with them for a wasps nest in my loft – after which someone then told me to contact the council as they would probably be cheaper, I checked this and found the council were ALOT cheaper!! So I called back (same day (within 3 hours) as the order was placed) and was told that the service was non refundable… the girl on the phone said she told me (she most certainly did not). I was then told if I wanted a refund I would need to email the office.. which I did, it took them 10 days to respond to this, then to be asked for my payment details (again) which were provided… to which I was told that the refund would be processed shortly. After chasing, chasing, chasing, I was sent a copy of the refund slip – this was dated 10 days after I was told the refund would be processed shortly. Every time I had to contact them to chase, no one rang me back, any communication was instigated by myself. The customer services/complaints manager says : Also as advised, please note that although we endeavour to provide refunds as quickly as possible however, this can take up to 30 days as per UK Consumer law. I also copied the managing director in on the later emails and never received any sort of acknowledgement or reply of any kind (put delivery and read receipts on it – so I know it was received..) Eventually got the refund 3 weeks after the “shortly” comment from JG.

For an expensive service I was expecting a good, if not excellent, service. Unfortunately this was not the case. I phoned to make appointment as have a mole problem. Was given an appointment for next day in afternoon. I received a call from Sam saying technician had damaged his hand and it looked unlikely he would be able to come round. Sam made an appointment for following day between 8-10. At 10 I phoned as no technician. Told he would be with me before 12. Sam arrived at 11:45. I then had to make another appointment, as per your instructions, for follow up. I phoned Monday and was given an appointment for Wednesday morning. I received a “curtesy call” from Sam saying he was confirming an appointment for Thursday! I pointed out the appointment was for today, he said “oh there has been a mistake” and carried on making an appointment for Thursday but with no time! I have now spent close to £400 and wasted 2 days. And the mole is back!! It seems your technicians and service staff are not providing a service worthy of the costs. I hope things will improve but I don’t hold out much hope on the present experience. I have to say when Sam, the technician arrived with the traps, and Sam on the telephone spoke to me they were polite but I feel I am being given the run around.

A family with three children occupying one of our flats, found bed bugs in two bedrooms. We had been guaranteed by JG Pest Control same day eradication by heat treatment of the bed bugs. However two months later after JG Pest Control carrying out this work, together with three visits of chemical treatment and a mist treatment the bedbugs have still not been eradicated. Also their contact representative Matthew offers a visiting arrival time, but then on occasions either nobody turns up or not at the appointment time. Today a Representative should have really come back to have carried out another guaranteed heat treatment which would be about 8 hrs, but instated they have carried out a spay of the bedrooms which lasted approximately 20 mins. At present the service by this company is truly shocking.
