“I love Plenny Shake. I've been drinking it (with skimmed milk) for over three years now. It's my breakfast at least 5 out of 7 days, some weeks 7 out of 7. I also often drink it as lunch. You do miss biting or chewing on something sometimes, and I would like to feel 'fuller' for longer after drinking it, but I have the same with any meal really... I tell anyone who gives me weird looks to give it a try.”

“It's really easy to prepare in lunch hours, after work, whenever your time is limited, the choice of flavours is great, especially when you mix them together (scoop of coffee-flavoured + scoop of wildberries, etc).”

“Jimmy Joy has been part of my daily diet for over 4 years and I feel well nourished during this time. It gives me what I need, complements the vegetarian menu, digests well, prevents constipation, and my favorite flavors so far are neutral, which has unfortunately disappeared recently, vanilla, coconut and banana. Lately, wild blueberries have pleasantly surprised me.”

“I've been trying the plenny shakes for a couple of weeks now. I must say, I really enjoy the taste. The powder blends into a smooth consistency with just a few shakes and the flavours are a nice touch. For now, salted caramel is my favourite. Passion fruit I probably won't order again. The scoop hadn't been added into my order. I contacted customer service and they were swift to reply and offer a solution. I don't have a negative thing to say!”

“the shakes are delicious. it saves me so much time! instead of having to make breakfast the traditional way I just put 300ml water and 2 scoops of plenny shake and I'm set for breakfast! the shakes leave you full until it's time for lunch which I can fully enjoy because it takes a minute to make, but if I had meals I had to warm up I'd be going down the office to get to the nasty microwave and basically already lost ten minutes of my lunch break, so this is incredibly ideal. so far I've tried almost all of the flavors and can definitely say that coffee is my favorite! and if you wanna switch things up, wild berries is amazing too. tastes like blueberry muffins! the rvs shaker is definitely recommendable over the default shaker that comes with the starter kit, just easier to clean overall and keeps your shake cold for longer. honestly can't look back anymore since I've got this. well worth the money!”

“Me and my daughter use Plenny shake for breakfast. I love that it is a quick and tasty meal. Up today I've tried 4 flavours, all of them were good. The texture is also nice. I love to consume it sraightaway after preparing, my daughter enjoys it after 30mins when the shake gets thicker, so she consumes it on the way to school. In general Plenny shake is a great discovery for me. :)”
