“Not all the tastes of the plenny bars are good, but chocolate, mocha and fichi are delicious. Wild berries and Lemon pie are good tastes. I love to Just don 't have to preparare the lunch when i go to work.”

“I already ordered a few boxes a while back, they are as I remember: * They do not provide the satisfaction of a regular meal, but the taste is alright, especially when mixing flavor (chocolate + coconut works best) * Doing the initial water/powder mixing with a utensil (I usually use a metal chopstick) rather than shaking directly avoids lumps * Letting it sit for a few minutes (usually 5 to 10 minutes) helps a LOT with texture, and makes it creamier * During periods when I struggle with food too much (on quantity & balance), it helps me a lot. As soon as hunger starts to appear, I just prepare my shake, drink it, and it's done, my mind can focus on something else. or just rest, that's nice too.”

“I was going to say that it tastes awful. It feels like sand with water and flavor. But since I started using milk instead of water. Uffff now is great I love it. I think the nutritional value is there and is up to each one find the best way to test it”

“I am finding it very easy to prepare and use it before or after an intense workout. It also has a good macro ratio which I find really useful. I would love some new shakes where there is a different macro ratio but overall the shakes that are now available are good.”

“I love apple-cinnamon and chocolate as well, the taste and texture is really nice! Wish shipping costs weren't that high tho. Berries was fine too, but the taste was somewhat bland compared to the others.”

“The powder form is tasty, well-made, and blends with water as fast as one can expect. If blended and left refrigerated overnight a much smoother texture is achieved - it is nice this is possible. The apple and cinnamon bars were far too sour and are unpleasant to consume (feels like a punishment dietary option). The pre-mixed drinks are all well and good but do generate a fair bit of waste.”

“Overall great product, though I feel like the fullness period is a little lackluster, there is about 2-3 hours before I’m hungry again. But I won’t blame the product, as there is different factors at play. But very happy with the product over all, great taste and good value for money. Would recommend and buy again.”

Happy to hear most of it was good, the saturation is indeed something that will be different per person but it is tested to be within the 2-5 hours timeframe, obviously you understand you can adjust the portions accordingly to suit you better where needed.

“I really like most of the products I have tried. Not all flavors are good, but a lot of them are, and there is typically many options to choose from. You get a lot of value for money as well and you get to save time which is perfect for me.”
