“Die Riegel müssen deutlich billiger sein. 1,50€ pro Riegel und ich esse mein Leben lang nur noch das. Aber 3,50€ sind mir zu viel. :( Wahrscheinlich sind die Shakes leichter herzustellen, aber bei den 1,60€ Shakes mische ich mir selbst noch 50g Oatmeal und 30g Proteinpulver rein, damit ich eine vollwertige Mahlzeit habe. Die Riegel selbstständig zu strecken ist nicht möglich, daher müsste ich zwei essen, was 7€ oder so pro Mahlzeit bedeuten würde. All in all: Riegel billiger und deutlich nahrhaften machen :) Gleiches gilt für Shakes, aber damit bin ich zurzeit ganz zufrieden. Liebe Grüße”

“Although the brand 'Jimmy Joy' itself (keywords: playful, fun, sustainable, innocent, light-hearted) feels mismatched to what I would resonate with, their Plenny shakes are affordable and efficient. I don't like the memes and 'fun' promotional stickers that are added to my orders, and I also don't go well with the style of marketing material and email tone that Jimmy Joy has at the heart of its brand. But that's just me, and if I don't like it, I can go elsewhere.”

“My favourite tastes of the shakes: 1. Passionfruit 2. Coffee 3. Mango My favourite tastes of the bars: 1. Pizza 2. Chocolate 3. Coffee I wish decaffeinated coffee shakes and coffee bars. Or in general more savory bars and also shakes wich are less sweet-tasting.”

“I love your product. I practically live off plenny shakes. 2 out of 3 meals are plenny shakes! I did blood works with my doctor before starting this diet, and about 9 months after. And my cholesterol is better, as are all my other values! I dont have to take ekstra vitamins anymore and its great! I feel much healthier and love that i dont have to cook anymore, i also dont feel like eating is a chore, but no more! The only other meal i eat is a smoothie so i dont eat solid food anymore and its great. My bowels are happy and so is my tummy! The only gripe i have is that you often include extra spoons, booklets and sticker in my orders when i have not asked for it. I am very carefull about waste and dont like to have unnecasery waste.”

“I dislike that you are using so much plastic for your package: you could easily cut of ~~5cm of plastic at the top. Because you dont sell planning shakes in stores (?) There is no need to food customers, that there is more powder in your bags then there actually is ;)”

“I do love the product, but I oftentimes have trouble with using your website - it can be slow, I'm frequently being logged out of it and have to log in again and go through the verification steps. Also, when I'm updating any info on your website (for example, my address or subscription details), there is never any confirmation message, so I always have to double-check if the changes have been saved. Sometimes I'm even logged out, whilst trying to change some info. To be honest, it can be very annoying and there have been times when I've decided not to go through with the order just because of the issues with the website.”

“The bag for the mix tends to fall apart, the ziplock breaks, and the scoop is WAY too big and makes a mess everywhere. But it is still good stuff. Need more drink flavors”

“It’s pretty nice, I use it as a last meal before starting my fast and don’t feel hungry for the whole evening, which is great. Some tastes I didn’t like and I didn’t like all hot meals and drinks at all. Shakes and bars are very nice. Also my ordered wasn’t delivered in full, one shaker was missing, but the customer support helped me a lot. I’m going to order more bars and shakes :) P.S. I really enjoy the t shirt, the quality is amazing and it’s so soft.”

“Figuring out which ones taste well takes a while, but I'm very happy with choco+coconut. I drink a shake as breakfast every day, and bars when out travelling or on activities as backup-food. Or when I'm too tired to fix proper food. A great boon to my daily life!”

“I'm on my third week of the Plenny shake. I have been taking it from Monday to Friday as breakfast (only one scoop 200kcal) and lunch (two scoops 400Kcal). I enjoy some other meals during the weekends :). As I have been taking them only 5 days a week, I have not noticed any drastic change in my weight, I guess in this way I will maintain my weight more than what I will lose. However, the improvements in my overall digestion are insane!!! First of all, after drinking my shake I stay full for at least 3 or even 4 hours but at the same time i feel light, not bloated at all and that is such a plus! Second, my entire life I have suffered from constipation but during the week, when I'm taking my shakes I visit the toilet at least twice a day. LIFE CHANGING for me!!! In the past, I used to go to the toilet 1 time every 2 days and I hated to take medicines now, with plenny shakes this is a massive improvement. I feel lighter but fuller, I feel with energy and I can go to the toilet frequently so I'm a happy woman! The texture is a bit grainy but as weird as that sounds, i like it. You can play around with the mixing and flavors. My favorite so far is the strawberry you should try it out! Loving it and will definitely order again!”

“Very good customer service but very bad website :D Please get a better frontend. It's really hard to make purchases, especially the subscription page. It can be a lot more user-friendly, for example make a page for one subscription where you can see all the products of that one subscription and where you can mix and match different products. It's not okay that each product from one subscription has a different page of its own. It makes the process very tiring and confusing. Especially since the webpage takes ages to load (my internet is fine!) and the UI is confusing. Products are great though”
