“Superb service from the moment I walking into the shop to the day the fitters did the job. I can't praise these guys enough after John Lewis let us down so badly, with inaccurate measuring and them not coming up with a price at all. They've done a superb job of fitting Karndean and at a great price. We've other jobs to be done soon, we'll be going back to Jim's for sure.”

“The staff in your showroom are excellent - helpful and intelligent in steering me to a choice of flooring which exactly met my requirements. I was also very impressed by the fitter - Robert Morrison - who was extremely efficient and laid the laminate very well. The flooring has transformed the ground floor of my house and I could not be more delighted.”

“We have bought carpets from Jim's Carpets many times and have always found them helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Our most recent purchase was Flotex floor covering for our spare room which is being used for emergency fostering of cats needing to come into care. We are also about to re carpet all the other upstairs rooms, stairs and landing at the end of the month----- again using our favoured bleach washable carpet which is ideal in a multi cat household. We have no hesitation in recommending Jim's Carpets to anyone about to purchase new floor coverings.”

“Dead easy to talk to, knowledgeable and perfectly spot on with what I wanted when I went into the shop by chance. The one who came to measure up was slightly patronising, this was the only low point. Fitters were efficient, friendly and quick. All in all a good experience.”

“Excellent service in the shop when we went looking for flooring, they also allowed us to go away and look at other companies and said they would price match. We always try to support local family businesses so we went back with a quote we got from a well known flooring company and they explained how this company had actually lied in their quote and that Jim's was actually cheaper anyway. A no brainer really, go with the company that is cheaper and didn't lie to us!”
