“I've still yet to receive my order after about 2 weeks nearly. However customer service did get back to me about 6 days after I wrote to them stating there was a courier issue so Im sure Il get it soon.”

“The quality of the clothing is great. However, their customer service lacks. I placed my order over a week again, received notification that the order had been shipped. A week later, DHL advises that they never received the order and to contact the company i ordered from. Now, 4 emails later, I still have not received a response or my order. This makes the company more sketchy and iffy. Extremely horrible customer service.”

“Just leaving a review because I couldn’t find another one to contact other than instagram? The clothes are always nice, but I recently ordered 4 large t shirts in slim fit (same as the last size I ordered) these t shirts came and are definitely sized bigger so perhaps they’ve changed there sizing but definitely we’re not the same size from before (all were still larges) I returned these items and have still received no notification about my refund? I am hoping someone sees this so I can get it sorted asap. Thanks”

“I love the design of all the clothes but the zips on the jeans need changing as when I pull my zip down it always separates and I have to spend ages trying to fix it”

“The product came nicely packaged However I’ve tried to return, was unable to log back into my account, apparently my email was not recognised- so was unable to log my return. I have since emailed my issue but have not heard back from Anyone. I have sent back the parcel signed for & have forwarded the parcel details yet havnt heard back”

“My first package took 7-8 days & I was missing a item but I love the clothes i got so I ordered again directly and the second order was shipped out but It hasn't move from evri the new Hermes it says in transit. But I'm not willing to take the risk so I called PayPal to fix the problem! I honestly think there are out of stock or something but the email wasn't working for me either !! Sol deputed both orders on PayPal don't buy if it isn't via PayPal! Cause if you track messes up 1 it will take the bank longer but I actually want my items so contact PayPal to get more information! If there no answer after 10 days you get a full refund! Still have no movement on package after 5days”

“Is a scam website changed the price of the item after I bought it(they said it was on sale it wasn’t and didn’t have any mention of being on sale) then once I tried to refund it they changed the price to a higher amount so they only had to issue me a gift card and could keep the money wouldn’t use again I’ve also seen reports of others having this problem.”

“I have recently made an order for my son for a cargo pants and hoodie . I ordered size Large in both but received Medium in the hoodie. I am dissatisfied with this as I have had to send the Hoodie back at my expense asking for the correct size Large that I had ordered be sent to me but instead received a gift card to the value meaning when I order it again I have to AGAIN pay for more postage. I am very disappointed with the service I received as I shop online regularly and have never had to sort my own order out after someone else’s error”

“Products are spot on but delivery is absolutely atrocious, i ordered next day delivery (which i paid extra for) over two weeks ago and am still yet to receive. Ordered from here once before and the same thing happened. I wouldn’t recommend paying for next day delivery.”
