“Already aware that the quality of clothing is good from previous orders however on this occasion the service was poor. At the point of writing this review the order is yet to be received by the courier. Thankfully, when emailed, a response came fairly quickly with information relating to the reason for delays. However, such major delays to an order should be communicated to the customer prior to them sending enquiry emails. It would be nice to be kept in the loop whilst waiting for an order, for the sake of reassurance. Likely, another order will be placed. If the delivery service is as poor as this time, it could be the last.”

“Ordered a tracksuit in size large, but was sent a large hoodie and XS joggers, sent them back a week ago but received no correspondence on whether they have received my return or they have sent out my Large joggers. Still waiting over a week later.”

“Payed for next day delivery and didn’t receive my item until 3 days later. Was then told I would receive a refund on the price I payed for next day delivery and never received it. Very poor”

“Cargos definitely not worth the price. Cargos feel very thin and easy to rip/damage if caught on something. Also don’t look as nice as they do in picture. For the money you’re spending, definitely NOT worth it. More of a £25-£35 product than a £55 one. Only plus side is delivery was quick.”

“I’ve bought a lot of the jka attire and have always been so happy and satisfied with the quality of materials and print, the last box I purchased only one item out of the 5 I was happy with the prints of the hoodie was dull and can expect after one low temp wash will look like a plain black hoodie, utility cargo pants could pass for primark see through leggings, and oversized tees had the feel of paper and felt cheap. I’ve never ever been not happy with anything I’ve ordered from here just was a bit upsetting and frustrating when I ordered this box of clothes paid the extra for next day delivery for it to turn up 3 days later also.”

“We really liked the style of Aragon Technical Cargo Shorts but returned the garment to you as we needed a larger size. The parcel was sent using Royal Mail Tracking service which has shown that you received the parcel on 30th June. A week later, I am still waiting for store credit so that I can re-order in a larger size. I will be very annoyed if this delay on your part means the Cargo Shorts are out of stock. Please speed up your processing. Also, no official returns form was included with the original parcel.”

“clothes ordered on 28-05. received track and trace but it never worked. now i contact them via instagram and they sent me a picture of a package and after that i would get a good track and trace. to this day I still haven't received anything and I haven't received my clothes either ... but they promise me everything every time but I got a hard head in it ...”
