“its been 2 weeks and i still haven’t received my parcel”

“Ordered for next day delivery my item didn’t arrive until 3/4days later. Upon being confronted about the situation Alex continuously claimed in various emails to be working on my situation. Clearly not we’ll experienced in good customer service and communication. Any issues will be prolonged or ignored.”

“Love all the clothes and great quality products however they take ages to get delivered and items that are sold out won’t be taken off the website. I have ordered things and weeks later been contacted saying either the sale has ended or the product is sold out.”

“Very poor delivery. Website says 2-3 working days to deliver, it has now been 11 working days and I am still waiting for my items. I obviously can’t review any if the items as I have not received.”

“I had placed an order after forever wanting clothing from JK Attire my tracksuit bottoms and top were amazing but the 2 pairs of jeans I ordered I have no zip to do them up on my black ones and the blue jeans all the stickering was peeling off, I’m frustrated that both of the Jeans I were sent was faulty”

“Very poor customer service, paid for delivery for it not to show up. I had to chase down them through instagram took over 24+ hours to get back to my dm once replied they stated there was a back log on deliveries and they had a problem with their systems etc the member of the team did say they would sort it out and apologies, appreciate that I got the delivery however as a paying customer I should have had more light on my delivery rather than me chasing it up. Customer service 2/5, Quality 4/5.”

“Cool style, bad quality. From the first wash, the color began to come off already, after few washes all the edges have completely lost color. Not worth this money!”

“Order a full tracksuit in which I was sent 2 sweatshirts and I have sent several emails to try and sort this out and still hasn’t been sorted quite disappointed as my friend suggested I buy from this site as she has never had any problems just very disappointed with the service given”

“In my package was the wrong T-shirt. The new package can only be send after u guys received mine back even though i’ve send my evidence of the retour. Thats not good. Also i mailed that u would refund my receipt of the shipping costs but now u guys reacted that when i want to send something back or have another size the costs are for me, but that’s not the reason of my retour. The reason is that i received the wrong t-shirt”

“I ordered an Adonis cargo split fabric jacket in brown and I ended up being sent the matching cargos which annoyed me at first but I actually quite liked them so I didn’t send them back however I was still sent the wrong item”
