Every single item this horrible company sell is extremely overpriced and usually complete rubbishy gimmicks. Look around and you will find similar products at least 50% cheaper. Just one example. Their 400 watt plug in wall heater. Buy it anywhere else for around £10 and less. B&M do one and they are all over Ebay for peanuts. It is puzzling how so many people are taken in by their pretty slick advertising, which is of course paid for by overpriced products. Stay away folks.

Poor Poor service.Place order on 6 May… Poor Poor service.Place order on 6 May Friday for 4 item received a email on 11May telling that only had 1 out of 4. Immediately call JML custom service now shocking is staff inform me the Manager Jane try to call on my Mobile & home line on Saturday 07 May I only given mobile no & they can't left a voicemail totally a lie. With the home no I never given them so how this can happen. When I ask the manager my number surprised is a wrong number. Now inform wait another 3-5 day or 48 hour to deliver only 1 item requested to speed up the delivery time answer is they don't even bother. Watch out suggest before purchased anything call JML and record the conversation to keep as a proof. As a Manager of JML is to resolve customer issue not to create more issue so in my opinion Jane Manager should not be on this title. JML director seriously need to look into this issue. If someone lie one day it will catch clean hand

I purchased there shower mat not cheep at £15 but thought as it’s non slip and has anti mould, I gave it a go. All I can say is for the price utter rubbish after less than 6 showers the non slip backing has come way from the mat. After contacting customer service I was informed to take it back with the receipt for exchange!. Who keeps a receipt for a shower mat thinking oh this is only going to last a couple of showers I had better keep receipt!!!. Beware keep your receipt if you buy this product it’s the only way you can get a refund!!!. Poor customer service.

gone over the 30 days to return the walker machine as im not taking a job where i have to be super fit.... not fit for purpose so im leaving it in the high street for someone to use, bits missing on it. pity i should have read the 30 day return

I spent £14.99 on the 'non slip 'shower mat...what a total waste of money. Its an accident waiting to happen. No grip at all, completely useless. Don't buy this rubbish.

I ordered items for my 84 year old mum and paid £4 extra for next day delivery. Woke up the next day to find they had attempted to deliver at 8.05 am and no-one was home so I have to collect 2 days after placing the order. I rang customer services who were less than helpful and basically said well tough we've fulfilled our side of the bargain and thanks for the £4. Disgusting. Do not order from JML if you expect good service

Omg!!!!....REALLY BAD SERVICE in term of hotline....sound unfriendly,delivery within 5 working days!!!!.....actually I wanted to buy...after see the advertising on TV but cuat service really bad.....FYI not only you sell this...I can buy other brand or supplier as well!....and I'm not even Wana give 1 star as well

Soapinator: Great idea poor product quality. Soap dispenser so it sits adjacent to the kitchen sink (naturally). Water rotted the battery connections within 4 weeks of use. Battery compartment needs to be waterproof or batteries moved to the top of the product not the base.

Extremely horrible and terrible experience. Furthermore, this was the first time I placed an order for the Ginseng Mouthwash from jml. Item supposed to be delivered +2 working days. I was patience enough to wait until 1 week later and found something not right. So called and asked and they kept saying they don't not have my order number. They tracking status and delivery details were unavailable. The amount had been deducted from my bank account too! Called up and kept claiming don't have my particulars where in fact I had created an account and all my particulars were correct. Need to keep chasing them and asked. Very lousy service!

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought an 8 in 1 Gourmet chef cooker and, when it first got delivered, the lit was already shattered inside the box. They replaced a new one for me but shortly after the replacement, today my mom was in the process of washing the lit, the glass exploded into the air and caused the whole place to fill with broken glass pieces, some micro bits even went all over her face. Just imagine you gifting this to your elderly family or whoever it is. How dangerous is it that the glass can explode any time and cause harm or shoot right into your eyes? DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT, IF I WERE TO ADVISE.

I purchased the JML Hydro Wonder bath mat yesterday and tried it today for the first time. I followed the instructions, however, the mat slipped over the entire bath. It's very dangerous.

Having used a sticky lint roller for years and loved it bought a new one , this had hardly any sticky surface , I complained to JML , I got a very condescending email telling me how to clean it after I had stated I had already used one successfully for years , very poor customer services

Ordered hair products on 16th Dec,still not arrived even though I was told on 30th Dec it would be a few days. In spite of numerous emails I have received no reply. Where’s my order? Disgraceful customer service. I would now like a refund.

Ordered vacpack go with replacement bags , out of all 8 bags , so far only 3 have worked properly. Within a couple of days of use the bags have blown , by that I mean they are no longer vacuum sealed . So all in all they are useless . I will have to go and get some good ones from Asda!!! I would not recommend these at all , complete waste of money .
