Have contacted the so called 'customer service' team and filled in the inquiry form and had a standard '...we will get parcel delivered when we can...' fob off. This company is shocking and their customer service is even worse. My advice...buy elsewhere. ”

“ I won an auction for a cosmetic bundle. Unfortunately all products were out of date and that detail was conveniently not mentioned in the description . Customer service advised that I could return them within 2 weeks if the auction wasn't open for viewing which they had to check. I heard nothing from them for 2 days and sent a few more emails for the following week and they were all ignored so that I ran out of time to return the products and get a refund! Extremely disappointed with such a horrible inadequate customer service, won't even mention the overpriced delivery that took a while! I would not waste time and money on their auctions again! ”
