“If you have nothing to do all day and would like the excitement of never knowing when you are going to receive the clothes purchased, even 2 months later, go ahead and order. Also, If you enjoy emailing people that never respond or have children that shrink rather than grow you will love this shop too. Due to the fuel crisis and you can no longer afford to go out, they have provided you with home entertainment. JoJo Maman Bebe have gone to all the effort of saving the summer clothes you have purchased in the summer, you may receive them for the autumn or winter. Who knows? You’ll have so much fun waiting! So much laughter and fun passing time attempting to stuff your cherub onto clothes that no longer fit them.”

“Absolutely appalling. Ordered item to be told next day delivery, then told expect delay 7-14 days due to sale, no contact. Finally get through on phone, to be told 7 working days. If this had been mentioned on ordering, at least know where we stand and probably cancelled order. Seem to be quite happy to take your money but not provide goods. Will not use again”

“My package was not delivered. Trued to chat with customer service, but that chat has nobody online- thus no response. Email replies are automated and unsatisfactory. Sent an email to the supposed customer service which was returned to me “failed to deliver”. Expensive items, no delivery - irritating but things happen. Total lack of company response and nobody to contact regarding my difficulties- maddening and inexcusable.”

“Absolutely scandalous. Personalised stocking ordered and paid for on December 4th and not received until after Christmas. No way to contact the company as they have turned off their phones due to an influx of calls and the online chat advised to send an email. Multiple emails sent but obviously no reply. Stocking finally arrived having missed my baby’s first Christmas. This product is clearly no longer necessary and the company will not refund as it is personalised despite taking over 3 weeks to deliver it. So angry and upset that they treat their customers this way. Unacceptable.”

“Lovely baby clothes but poor stock levels in shops. Online ordering is a real battle; shows items as available but when you try to put in the basket nothing happens. Contacted customer services - eventually - only to be told " oh that means it is out if stock" 🤷‍♀️. Orders take forever to arrive if you do actually manage to order an item. Hope quality will be maintained but delivery improved now they are owned by Next.”
