“Love my Jones bags. Trouper R is my main bag and also have a players carry. Love the look and pockets and zippers of Trouper R. My only gripe is I haven’t really figured out carrying it single strap. The centered strap seems to slip off shoulder when I use that. I try to carry on my right shoulder and with the 2nd strap on right of center, it’s awkward and designed for a RH golfer.”

“I got a new Trouper R to replace my C130 cart bag. Overall the bag is great. The Sienna color was a great choice. I don't carry my bag often, but it is plenty light and will make traveling much easier than my C130 did. The straps took a bit of tinkering to get them set up, but other than that I have zero complaints with my purchase.”

“I bought a golf stand bag and the bag clearly has a defective design. The wire is held to a plastic ring by a simple split washer. The split washer has come off twice and thus the stand legs don't extract away from the bag. Very cheap and poor design. Jones sent me new split washers, but the problem is much deeper than a simple split washer remedy. It's a design fault. I would like my money back for this bag.
