The first response I got from jones was 4 days later and said that it had already been shipped, however, I didn’t get the order shipped email until the following day. Still a great bag.”

“I just purchased a bag strap because the original one (that I have used a little over a year) was leaving a light black stain on my right shoulder. I first thought it was dirty, but washed the strap and it continued to happen. I basically ruined about five golf shirts (I should have quit earlier). The new strap is here and fine. I play a lot of golf, and carry all the time so i would guess I played 100-130 rounds with that strap before this started happening. I love the bag, probably my favorite in 50+ years of golf bags, but was really disappointed with the strap problem.
