Unfortunately one of the caps/screws keeping the leg/stand together broke off while traveling. I reached out to customer service asking for assistance and they came through big time. I wasn't even expecting them to provide the parts because it was no longer under warranty, I was just hoping they could tell me where/how I could find the same/similar pieces to make it work again. They responded to my message inside of 24-hours and had a new cap/screw shipped off to me free of charge. I had the bag standing again in less than a week. A++ all around.”
